Imposter Party ("the App") is a pass-and-play word guessing party game. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data. The App does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to function.

  • Player names: Entered by players during game setup. These are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
  • Game data: Game history, settings, and saved groups are stored locally on your device using standard app storage.
  • No analytics or tracking: We do not use analytics SDKs to track your behavior within the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob: Displays ads to non-premium users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes transaction data through Apple's App Store. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Provides word categories, translations, and AI-powered features. No personal data is sent to Supabase — only game-related requests (e.g., word category, language preference).

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require any personal information to function.

Data Retention

All game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data. We do not retain any user data on our servers.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. You can clear all local App data by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
